Great set up, very nice host makes this space available, was a very convenient stop over point for us making our way into the greater Los Angeles area. Thank you to a great host

nice to know we had a safe place to sleep. we have to leave early on Monday morning. in any case not possible to sleep longer because the workers of the surroundings arrive early. Good parking to sleep legally.

We stayed here on a Friday night. Requested our stay the day before and received approval almost immediately. When wevarrived, we were a bit confused about where to park, didn't realize the profile had more photos, one of which clearly shows the 2 parking spots. If you are staying here, you may want to confirm the business name with the host first, to ensure you are at the right location. We drove by early evening while it was still light out, then went for dinner and came back later. It was a nice quiet spot to spend the night. Another van showed up around midnight, parked in the other spot. A bit of traffic the next morning, but not much and it was quiet. I would stay here again.

I also reached out to this "host" one day in advance and never got a response. I had to be in the area to help a sibling who was recovering from surgery, would have been helpful. Not sure if this host even exists since many people have stated the same regarding the "no response" issue.

This is our very first Boondocker's experience so we didn't know what to expect but it worked out well for our one night's stay. The host was nice and location was perfect as we just wanted to check out the ferry logistics to Channel Islands. One thing I'd like to suggest is for hosts and guests to exchange phone numbers as there is no instant communication via the Harvest Host web site which can present problems with coordination especially during check in. Other than that, it was a good first experience for us.
