We are from North east Connecticut in a quiet little town called Woodstock. We have been RVing for only a little over a year. And enjoy exploring new areas that we have not seen before. We love being outside and bicycling. also we are approaching our mid 60s and I looking forward to full retirement. Thank you for your consideration.

What a nice couple! They sent a video so we’d understand the area in advance, and met us as we arrived. We had a great conversation and again the next morning. They really made us feel welcome!

Got tucked in by our host and got dinner on the stove. Great stop close enough to Boston to get in early the next day.

We had a prompt confirmation of our stay request with good arrival instructions and they personally guided us to a nice grassy site that was level side-to-side and firm despite recent rains. When our transmission died as we arrived, our host recommended a reputable, and it turned out, outstanding, nearby transmission shop, who agreed to work on it the next morning. Our host helped us navigate the process, assured us we could stay as long as needed and drove us where we needed to go. They turned our disaster into a mere speed bump. We are very grateful to have met these fine, fine people and can't recommend them highly enough! In addition, if you need transmission work done anywhere near Ashford, CT, you can't do any better than Terry's Transmission.

After receiving BW approval for our stay and a number of texts with host confirming directoons etc. we were unable to arouse the hosts after knocking on tbe doors and ringing the door bell. Wr were blocked a rather busy and narrow country road for almost 10 minutes. Deciding it unsafe to remI blocking the road we moved on. We tried calling but cell service was poor.
