Incredibly generous hosts! We were so happy to have power and water, and they wouldn’t accept payment. They even treated us to fresh asparagus from their garden and ice cream (not together lol). This was an ideal setting for us to rest and re-energize before continuing our journey back to Canada. After nearly four years on the road, Eldon and Reta have been the warmest hosts we have met.

We stayed only 1 night and felt very welcomed and made to feel at home by our hosts. We were able to visit several hours with our hosts. Eldon and Wayne had much in common with their work experience so had lots to chat about. Reta and I hit it off as well. She showed me how to play Wordle! The space for our rv was located outside their back door in front of their shop. We felt very comfortable staying here. As the weather was getting cooler (mid October) we were offerred to use 30 amp power which we appreciated so that we could be warm. A very lovely prooerty to stay at as well as such a lovely, warm and welcoming couple! Thank you for hosting us! We really appreciated your hospitality! (including a bowl of ice cream before we went to our rv for the night)🥰

Quite possibly the best HH experience we’ve had. Eldon and Rita were so generous with their time, their knowledge of the area and farming in general, their garden, their home and their ice cream! A genuinely sweet couple, who we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know. Access was easy on/off RT 90, large level spot to park. We look forward to seeing them again someday.

Quiet Farm, Reta and Eldon were a wonderful respite after a day of travel. Eldon greeted us warmly and directed us where to park. He told us another Class A was also coming in that night. He aldo informed us we wiuld be having ice cream with them ! We visted with Eldon, Reta, Matt, and Cheryl (& their beautiful children) like we’d know each other all along! We slept peacefully surrounded by trees, farmland and quiet. The morning brought more visiting, exploring the gardens and recieving a generous gift of beautiful produce from their garden. Eldon provided rides in his ATV to show us a newly constructed Beaver dam on the creek. We really did not want to leave! Reta’s guest book is filled with a photo of each guest along side the comments from each guest. it is clear that Reta and Eldon love hosting, and the guests all reap that benefit. We hope to return as we left with full hearts, smiles, and great memories! ❤️💕
