Only 1 rig at a time and have to cut back to rigs up to 24' max. We MUST have pictures of your rig in your profile to make sure we can have you safely fit and park in the designated area. This is a back in site for trailers, be able to do this skillfully. Motor homes up to 24' can pull in or back in your choice. tow vehicles or toads will need to park in the driveway. They can not remain hooked to your RV. Contacting us about your arrival will be critical, with an ETA we can have our vehicles out of the driveway so you can get to the parking area. MUST arrive before dark. Posted speed limit signs are seriously enforced. One section is 25mph and is patrolled most of the time. We are less than 2 miles to Dollar Tree and Dollar General and only 7 miles to Walmart and major shopping. The closest dump station is aprox. 8 miles away. Now that we are in TX, the Florida location is not be available. The people leasing the property are working and have not been BW hosts.

Retired Special Ed School Teacher and Retired Owner/operator of Motorcycle business & Drag Racer Details: We have been married 47 years and have had an assortment of RVs since the mid 70s. Retired and unfortunately health has us needing to sell our Super C and limit travel but can still enjoy the thrill of travel thru the experiences of the BW guests we host and enjoy each others company. As BW hosts we have welcomed over 400 guests and aware of the importance of good host & guest behavior. "Grandpa" has been a professional Drag Racer with NHRA, IHRA, Prostar and SMDRA. He raced motorcycles from the early 70s until 2004, then slowed down the pace and raced a Chevy S10 in the eighth mile sportsman class until Nov 2019. Now we are both retired and hope to enjoy our new home in Texas and create new friendships. Joined Boondockers in hopes that travels will be having us see locations other than race tracks. But found hosting to be the greatest experience when home. Hosted over 400 guests at our Florida location and hope to reach new goals with our Texas site. Home Town: "Grandpa" is a Florida cracker, born and raised in central and south Florida. "Schoolmarm" came to Florida in 1972 from Massachusetts and taught Special Ed in Immokalee, Florida for 30+ years and then 17+ years in Fort Myers. Now we are starting a new retirement chapter in Texas. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Boondockers Welcome beats Walmart and rest areas. First Boondockers experience was with a family just outside Houston, TX. Excellent experience. This is a highly recommened resource. Now we are just a few miles ourselves from there and hosting others. Might say this has come full circle. Having hosted over 400 BW guests on our property we have a great idea and understanding of what to do and how to be the best Boondocker location. Skills or Expertise to Share: "Grandpa" is a motor head and was an excellent mechanic and engine builder and tuner before his retirement. OCD for details on any and all mechanical things. Schoolmarm is great with kids, computers, crafts and can also help tune a motor and clean carbs. Grandpa was a professional Drag Racer. He has won championships on motorcycles and after 40 years of 2 wheel racing he gave up the motorcycle for another 10 years racing an S10 Chevy truck. Linda is the crew chief on and off the track!

We have stayed with these hosts several times at their former site in Florida, and were honored to be their second guests at their new place in Texas! A wonderful stay with people who are so warm and giving that they are instantly your new best friends. Loved the new digs, with electric and water available and parking on a level concrete pad behind a privacy fence. Super easy to get to, and close to Houston for all it has to offer. It was great to see you again, and hopefully we will come back your way in the near future!

When we were unable to find parking due to displaced prople and workers from Hurricane Ike, we joined BoonDockers and found Linda! Large area for rigs, some power, and new friends! Who could ask for more!

Linda and her husband could have written the handbook for how to be great hosts! Great communication, friendly and hospitable! We enjoyed visiting with them sitting by their pool. They even had a fire ring with extra chairs and a welcoming fire going for the other BW guests when we arrived! Although we could only stay one night due to previous commitments, we felt welcome to return whenever our travels bring us back to the area.

Linda supports several groups of disaster responders on her spacious property. She was friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The communication was very easy and we had a chance to meet Linda who was really nice to us. We didn't stay long but we surely appreciated the overnight at the racer's retreat!
