Nice level grass covered parking area, located only a block away from the State Highway. You will hear some traffic noise, mostly an occasional semi-tractor trailer rolling through the village, but over all, it is pretty quiet. A street light is located near the corner of the street, so the east side of the parking area will be dimly lit. There are also a few miles of streets if you just want to take a walk and see the area. Suggested Local Attractions:Nice level grass covered parking area, that is only one block from the Paris in Pembine Restaurant: http://www.parisinpembine.com/ Two blocks from the Post Office. Also near by Dollar Store and a couple of family restaurants. Ten beautiful waterfalls in the area: https://www.travelwisconsin.com/natural-attractions-and-parks/marinette-county-waterfalls-198993 Two sets of railroad tracks near by, but not to worry. The first set of tracks sees a train about once a week, and then it is only approximately 5 cars, and is usually around noon. The second set of tracks, about a block away, can be upwards of 20-30+ cars of lumber. But only runs once or twice a week and only during the daylight hours. The ATV/UTV trails are only a few blocks away connecting with over 200 miles of trails: https://www.therealnorth.com/resources/maps-and-guides/ ATV/UTV rentals are less than a mile away: http://pembinesportandlawn.com/ For the fishermen, a Ma & Pa bait shop is located just across the street for your fishing needs in the numerous Trout Streams, Lakes and the Menomonee River is less than 10 miles away: https://www.fishingworks.com/wisconsin/marinette-wi/ (Over 350 lakes in the area.) Also, there are two gun shops within walking distance for any supplies you may need.

Our Hosts were so nice and courteous. After getting parked we had some time to relax. Then, it was time for campfire with the Hosts. What a delightful evening. We slept so well with the windows open. We didn’t hear a thing except a few rain drops during the night. We didn’t get to enjoy the Rails, Trails and Falls on this trip. But, we sure enjoyed our overnight.

They made us feel welcomed right as we arrived. They met us and showed us where to park in their property, and suggested a list of waterfalls to visit around the area. It was great spending an evening chatting with them, telling stories, and sharing experiences. We could have talked for hours more! Would stay again if we are in the area. Hope to bump into NorthwoodsTrails during travels!

We enjoyed our stay at Rails, Trails and Falls. Our host was kind enough to give us advice on where to go and what to see locally, as well as invited us to hang out around their campfire. For us the best part about this boondock location was the central location of within walking distance to restaurants in the township.
