A mile or so from the Colorado river. 15 miles to the Austin city limit. Quiet and secluded. We have chickens on the property so please keep all Pets on a leash. **Eggs for sale, free range/grass fed delicious eggs $4/dozen when in season. Suggested Local Attractions:~15 miles from Austin ~ 15 miles from Bastrop ~12 miles from Elgin ~ 9 miles from Manor

House Rules
1. Dogs on leash 2. Pack out all trash and black water 3. Suggested donation for hookups due on arrival 4. Fires allowed when the burn bans are lifted.(no unattended fires) 5. No washing of RVs or Tow vehicles 6. Be low maintenance 7. “When in doubt scout it out”- be mindful of soft ground after rain.

Access Road Conditions: gravel driveway, plenty of grass parking (as long as it has been dry), quiet and secluded. We have 1 spot with 30amp plug. ***FYI: Walnut Creek wastewater treatment plant located on the way to Austin for free dump. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: we have a designated overflow lot.

Leisure enthusiasts Details: I am a travel occupational therapist... ( retired contract, have a full time gig in ATX) Normally spending my summers on the west coast and returning to Austin for the winters. Once I have finished a job, my husband and I like to take a good old fashioned road trip home, stopping at any and all oceans,rivers, and lakes we pass for a sunset/sunrise paddle. We have a new addition to the family, our baby girl. Home Town: Austin, TX Favorite Boondocking Locations: We enjoy the open ranges of new mexico,Utah, Arizona, and Colorado where you can pull off the paved road and drive down a dirt road a few hundred feet and set up for the night. Skills or Expertise to Share: I can back up a trailer with the best of em'! Also auto and home improvements and maintenance. ( Brandon ) I feed the brains to this operation (Lolly)

I truly appreciated the great location of this place as it was so close to where my grandkids live. They even got to spend a night with me. We love the free range chickens and purchased a dozen eggs!

The Aristocrafts were great hosts. Greated us during sogging rain and helped us get set up with power and fresh eggs from the chickens. A quiet and peaceful place to chill out.

Lovely creative little area to stay at. The Aristocrafts are knowledgeable on stuff to do in the area, and have tasty farm fresh eggs for sale!
