It was after sunset when I arrived so did not see the beautiful farm and countryside till the next day. Breathtaking! I am very happy I chose Red Roof Farms to stay. The drive to their farm is spectacular as you roll throughout the countryside. I would definitely stay here again! Hosts were very nice and Toby the dog 🐕 greeted us!

We stayed here 7/28–31/2022. Kevin and Jean were very welcoming and friendly. They provided us water fill-up and a place to park with 30-ampere connection next to a large metal garage at their farming/ranching operations site. Toby the farm dog is very friendly and barked away visiting critters several times each night. This is a working farm/ranch and Kevin was busy most of the time, but we did join him to view and discuss a tentative new RV site adjacent to a wooded area near Denver, Missouri. We did enjoy visits and chats with Jeanie, and she generously shared with us produce from her garden. They invited us to a Saturday evening musical performance by Southern Raised band at their church. It was extraordinary! The population of Allendale is 50-something. We had a corn field on one side and a cattle pasture on the other. Verizon cell service was unusually erratic at best but mostly nonexistent. A somewhat-out-of-the-way place to overnight or to chill for a couple of days, with great hosts.

Very pleasant stay. Busy time of year but keven still managed to say hi with some conversation. Toby (the dog) was very friendly and a joy. Came running to greet me in the morning as soon as I opened the door. Couldn’t ask for an easier place to find.

Great people, super friendly, fun conversation and terrific spot for the night. I only had one evening hosted here and I wish I could have stayed longer. Easy pull thru parking, with room for more rigs. Quiet night on the farm on the edge of a quaint little village. If they'll have me, I'd love to visit again.
