No trailers or rigs towing cars! Our road is busy and the driveway quite challenging to back onto parking apron without blocking driveway. Camper length limit is 25 ft. Concrete driveway or grass in side yard if weather is dry and rig not too heavy. Have 30 amp service available, and hose bib nearby. We have separately fenced side yard, and playground. Driveway is short and road is busy. Free dump spot at county sewage treatment plant 5 miles away (7:30 to 3 pm weekdays). Suggested Local Attractions: Air Force Museum (free and huge) about 3 miles away. Several sites in the area related to the Wright Brothers. Over 150 miles of excellent connected bike trails - one passes 2 blocks from our home.

Very conveniently located near the National Museum of the Air Force. Lynn greeted us as we arrived and we had a nice visit about Roadtreks. Thanks for having us!

I was in Dayton for a conference and needed one night in my Roadtrek. There was a delay in response due to a problem with the Boondocker Welcome system but RedRover replied as soon as they finally got the request. They provided clear directions on where to park and other helpful information.

Lynn is such a gracious host. She helped is out in a time of need and we thank her for that. The parking location is flat and private.
