Newfound Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the country—-and the local beauty abounds. We’re nestled in a lakeside community, with amenities including, beach, moorings, and docks. No limits here, to the exploring possibilities—-hiking Mt.Cardigan, Wineries, Breweries, numerous restaurants, a cute downtown shopping area and a pristine lake. The adventures are limitless in New Hampshire! You’ll have access to a private community sandy beach with kayak/SUP launch, picnic tables, volleyball net and horseshoes. Additionally, we have add-on fees for AC usage and Outdoor Shower Usage.

House Rules
A maximum of 2 adult guest. All travel units must be self-contained, including toilet facilities. No smoking, no children, no generators, and no tents. 10pm quiet time. Well mannered dogs on leash welcome. Pick up after your dog and guest must follow all community rules. Dogs are not allowed on community beach. WI-FI is limited at the site location. Guest provide firewood 3:00pm check-in 11:00am check-out Please thoroughly read terms and conditions when requesting a stay. We have additional usage charges for AC and Outdoor Shower.

Great location for exploring Newfound lake and Mt Cardigan. Many friendly trails for Molly Rich was very helpful and helpful with the electric hook up.

We received a warm welcome from our host. There is a quick 5 minute walk to a beach. The property has a very nice patio with a fire pit and a wonderful out door shower. Richard and Jessica provided us with a detailed list of things to do in the area including restaurants, hiking trails, and site seeing opportunities very close by. Perfect spot to explore Bristol NH and Newfound Lake area.

Bristol, NH on Newfound Lake is a lovely town. Redwood Cottage is within 20 minutes or less of everything…hiking, sightseeing, eating, shopping/town…and the cottage neighborhood gives you, 5 minutes away, access to a private beach. Be prepared to level your travel trailer in the driveway but, once level, all hookups provided & ready. Private side of driveway. Outdoor shower & flower gardens are lovely. We didn’t use fire pit but equally lovely. Thank you Richard! We recommend & would return. Our 1st HH/BDW and we are fans…Richard was patient w my lack of “rookie” knowledge about HH/BDW.

A great host in an enviable lakeside community! We came up to participatein the NH SEAL charity “Swim with a Mission” Their home is great destination for anyone who likes stsying witg wonderful people next to America’s premier lake community!
