House Rules

Out of respect for our neighbors, no generators are allowed and we ask that quiet hours are observed from 9p-7a. We allow children and pets as long as you clean up after them. We are non-smokers and prefer not to smell any type of smoking products. We are both natives to this area and have no problem answering questions about the area or providing recommendations. New trailer and ready to travel! Details: Since I retired from government service in 2018, my wife Mars and I have been itching to see the world. Recently we bought a 2020 Winnebago Minnie, 27 foot travel trailer. We plan to travel as much of the American continent as possible with this little home on wheels and look forward to visiting the different sites while meeting new people along the way! Home Town: Tucson, Arizona Favorite Boondocking Locations: No favorites yet. I will update when we do. Skills or Expertise to Share: Full of knowledge, expert at nothing.

Rick was very helpful getting into the spot and was available for any questions. Nice, quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. Has power/water available for $5/day which was great. Close access to Saguaro NP. Dump station at campgrounds near I-10. Would stay again!
