We enjoyed staying at this location while sightseeing in the area. Very friendly hosts. Would highly recommend this sight and would definitely use it again if ever in the area.

The residential streets to access the property seem a bit tight but they aren’t a problem. Rick and Peggy are wonderful and helpful hosts sharing information as well as their property. There’s plenty of room to park! We enjoyed 3 nights here.

Peggy and Rick were fantastic hosts. They informed us of several activities and events taking place during our stay in Fairbanks. They are excellent ambassadors for their city. We were able to attend the Gold Rush parade as well as an outdoor concert in the botanical garden. The Fontainhead antique auto museum...recommended by Rick, was really great, never seen such beautiful vintage cars, real works of art. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and therefore close to everything. The parking is spacious and grassy. Stayed there 3 nights and would definitely recommend.

Had an excellent stay at Fairbanks. The central location provided easy access to all of Fairbanks. The spacious parking allowed four rigs to park there comfortably my first night. While I never met the host, I appreciated the ease of coming and going. Also, this location is fairly quiet.

This was a great place to stay. There is plenty of room to park on level ground. Every night we stayed there were other campers there and we never felt crowded. As for the hosts, Rick and Peggy are terrific. Their communications were great and got us right to where we needed to be. They were not present when we arrived, but they had clear written information about where to park and other info. When they got home we had time to talk about Fairbanks and what to do in the area. Don’t miss the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum if you are in Fairbanks! We were trying to make arrangements for some flightseeing and it was taking longer than expected so they let us stay longer than our original request. They even helped connect us with someone who could help with those arrangements. They are wonderful people and we would definitely stay with them again.
