Site is on the north side of pole barn. You would park where the white truck is located in the picture. The site can handle camper lengths to 35 ft. The whole 3 acres is fenced. There are several bird feeders and a small water feature with bird bath behind our house. There is some long grass and trees on the back section of the property with a few rabbits and 2 gopher tortoise. Suggested Local Attractions: There is a 1,000 acre wildlife environmental area for hiking 2 miles from the house. There are an additional 10,000 acres of state land within 10 miles with trails. Also about 5 large lakes within 10 miles. Legoland 30 miles away, Disney 50 miles away.

House Rules
No loud noise from people or animals. Keep pets on a leash. We can only give you power for 2 nights of your stay. The first night and the night before you leave. (This is a County ordnance) if you stay 2 days you have power the whole time.
Location
Access Road Conditions: You have to back off a paved road that is about 2 foot above the parking area ground level. Once you leave the paved road you are on grass and sand. Have had up to 30 foot trailer pulled by a truck that backed in with no problem. You will be parked by a pole barn. Vehicles longer than 30 feet need to call so we can check the ground. This is a sandy area and if we do not get rain larger rigs up to 45 might have problems. So please call after booking to check out the yard conditions. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Park with your rig.

This location was perfect for me to stay while visiting a dear friend in the area I hadn't seen in decades. Rich met me at his gate and guided me in. The field is level and without any shade. Enjoyed my conversation with Rich and his help facilitating my reunion with a friend. Quiet neighborhood with some miniture donkeys across the street. A flock of egrets wandered through the yard one morning, too!

we had a great rest staying at Richs Barn. Not only that but we lucked out having a mishap just then. Our bedframe broke a weld right in the middle and made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Rich arranged for his next door neighbor to weld it back up in a couple hours. it was a tough weld as it was aluminum. In no time at all we had it back installed for a great night sleep! Thanks Rich!
