We had a lovely stay here. Easy in and out. Friendly host. Easy access to town but far enough away to get away from noise. Would definitely go back.

Rikki and Debbie welcomed us and treated us like family. This was our best stop so far and the views have to be seen to be believed! Pagosa Springs is on our list of possible retirement places for sure. If we end of moving there Im happy knowing I already have a good friend to hang out with. Thanks again for your hospitality!

these guys look like they only have room for one boondocker, but they have to be some of the most hospitable people ive met on the road! they have power for a small price if you need it and i didnt even notice my tire pressure was low, he allowed me to use his compressor to fill up! seriously incredible people and incredible place.

We stayed one night with Ricky (never got to meet Debbie because she was out of town.) Ricky was super helpful and accomodating. Plenty of space to back our 36' fifth wheel down the driveway. We didn't realize until just before we got there that he had 50 amp hookup available. That certainly made for a nice stay! Sunny (the dog) was the sweetest! He made my day with his big smiles and waggly tail welcoming me up in the morning. We stayed with our 10 and 12 year olds. We weren't up for forking out the cash to go to the spa, so we relaxed for over two hours in the free hot springs along the river. The kids had a blast and they had a bit more freedom than they would have at the spa. I'm not sure when or if we'll be back, but we'd definitely stay again given the opportunity.
