Suggested Local Attractions:Rideau Canal near Big Rideau lake for canoing, boating , fishing , kayaking, boat launch near by. Parliament buildings one hour away.

Dennis was incredibly welcoming to us on our first night in Canada, and he had many recommendations for us and our travels. We really enjoyed talking with him and learning about the surrounding areas. There was a specific area marked for Boondockers parking, but Dennis was outside when we arrived and showed us the parking area himself. The beautiful sunrise was visible from our spot, and we took some nice morning walks nearby. This was a really nice stay.

The host was generous and helpful. Brought coffee in the am. Helpful in setting us up for parking and directions.

This place was fantastic. Dennis welcomed us upon arrival and helped with the big rig parking. What a gracious host. Spot was level packed gravel. Easy in and out for our 40’ rigs and trucks. We enjoyed a beer and conversation with Dennis several times. Lively time there.
