Just off route US 220. Approx 20 miles from Interstate 68. Location is on edge of small town, quiet and safe. Keyser in small valley in Potomac Highlands. "Friendliest little City". Near Queen's Point Coffee Shop. Near Cumberland, Maryland with lots of interests too. Suggested Local Attractions:Potomac State College of West Virginia University. Many local natural and tourist attractions including train rides, bike trails, fishing, walking track, lifestyle spa with indoor pool for silver sneakers and regular people, cultural attractions, etc.

I couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience for my very first Boondocking stay. A lovely place , very peaceful. Carolyn and Ed feel like lifelong friends already, they were so welcoming, and the cats are great! I hope to stay again soon! Sassy

Very quiet and peaceful, loved exploring the community. Loved Queens Point Overlook and loved everyone of your cats 😍 communication was great and helped with siteseeing the neighborhood. Great place and location.

I felt like family welcomed home. Truly kind and generous. We had amazing conversations and went hiking together just a great time. Another new friend who I’m sure I will see on down the road
