We have a spot on our property that overlooks our orchard. It doesn’t have hookups but is quiet and beautiful. We’re right off hwy 12 with a casino on the reservation about 2 miles from us.

Outdoor Cooking Allowed
Please no smoking as our grass fields are dry in the summer. Also, please no generators after 9pm. If you have pets, please clean up after them.
Easiest access is to back into the spot from the road. It’s not ideal at night, so please arrive while it’s light out.

Quiet, respectful family exploring the US for a year! Details: My wife and I are both artists (and business owners) taking our kids around the US for a year so they can learn about the diversity of our country. We’re homeschooling them for the year, and they are well behaved - and love to learn and explore when it’s appropriate (they’ve earned Junior Ranger badges at the 5 national parks we’ve been to thus far). Home Town: Rochester, WA Favorite Boondocking Locations: Buffalo Gap (Badlands NP) White River National Forest (CO) Skills or Expertise to Share: My wife is a German-born artist (inspiring watercolors, acrylic and oil paintings), and I work in (and teach) creative photography, crafting spiritual narratives. I also am a woodworker, we love canning jams, we love fishing, hiking, and we’ve owned a flood damage restoration company for 20 years, so I know a lot about healthy cleaning and damage restoration.
