Jim is an incredibly kind and generous host! He was so friendly and helpful with our last minute request and went out of his way to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable. His property felt like a peaceful mountain sanctuary away from the city, we even saw deer and elk! Thank you so much again for your hospitality.

Jim was a wonderful host! Approved our same day request quickly and communicated clearly and thoroughly. Very friendly and accommodating, he helped us get our travel trailer situated (a little precarious having to back in… but worth it!) and even offered to get things from town (we were there during a snow storm). The peaceful, woodsy neighborhood was gorgeous and we enjoyed walking there. Highly recommend!

We made a reservation with fear and excitement, and as we communicated through several messages before arrival, we felt reassured about staying there. Jim arrived and did everything in his power to help us park and connect electricity without any inconvenience. His wonderful house was in a quiet forest, so it was very quiet and the best place to heal. His two wonderful sons were so pure, kind and friendly, we talked about dinner together. When I woke up in the morning and took a walk, I could see 5 deer lying down and resting next to our RV. Jim and we promised to see each other again soon. Thank you Jim for giving us wonderful memories.

Great mountain getaway. Jim met me and helped guide me into a good spot for the night. 2 other small RVs had already arrived and we all sat around a small contained fire for a fun chat. The surrounding wooded property was beautiful with mountain views. It was a peaceful, quiet night. I would definitely stay there again. Watch for elk on the way!
