Location
Basically a single family residence with a large amount of concrete driveway for parking and turn around. Tow behinds may be a challenge especially if over 20'. May require an uphill backup of approximately 100 yards. Motorhomes should pose no problem.

i really enjoyed my 2 days here. Host was so sweet, accommodating, gracious and had lots of helpful advice for this newbie! The dog and I enjoyed the wooded trails and pond adjacent to the property. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

From the beginning this has been the BEST experience! Communication was friendly and efficient followed by text confirming details. Location ideal for our purposes, a Dr appt in Charlotte. Close enough to not have to worry about major traffic but far enough away to feel like we were in the country. Property is very nice, well maintained and in a picturesque neighborhood. Access to property was up an inclined drive and WE missed the info about size of rig and space somehow. 😑 totally our fault... but we're still able to back a 26 ft travel trailer with ram rebel 1500 with lots of patience. 😉. Neily was welcoming and provided just the right amount of interaction without us feeling we were obligated to chat or even worse left with unanswered questions! Available hookups included 30 amp, water and sewer! AMAZING! SO GENEROUS! We explained we would want to leave AC running for our dog in camper while we were at appointment which was acceptable! WHO DOES THAT WITHOUT EXPECTING REEMBURSEMENT? 🤔 Can not say enough about how perfect this entire process was for us aside from noting that while I was sitting back at home working on this review, I got a call from Rod just checking on how the stay was! ROD and NEILY were wonderful! We would definitely like to stay there again on our next Dr. appt., and, they inspired us to make the leap to become hosts too!
