We bought this place knowing we wanted to become hosts ! We were full timers since 2010 & used the Boondockers membership! Now it’s our turn to open our place to host! We still rv but we have downsized to a 20’ TT, it’s in our blood! We have Gypsy souls! Just 3 miles from Benson AZ, Tucson within 30 minutes. Easy access to Tombstone, Bisbee, Sierra Vista, Tubac, Nogales MX! Lots of hiking at Coronado National Memorial Park, Arizona Trails, & Chiricahua National Monument. Just 5 miles from Kartchner Caverans State Park. Great location for laying back or to enjoy the area full of festivals, wineries, breweries, museum, & mountains! So much to see & do, that’s why we open our place up to 5 days!

We had been full timers since 2010 but then last year we bought a park model in MI. for the summers . Then this year we bought a park model in AZ for the winters. We bought here because there’s so much to do & see plus the Apache Indians history here!! We downsized to a Rpod180 that we travel with! Love it! We love hiking, backroads, sitting around a campfire! Dan is a musician, plays bass & mandolin, sings older country music! Our favorite song he sings is “On the Road Again🎶🎶🎶” because that sums us up!

Rosa & Dan have spent years on the road so they know how important good hosts are. They shares stories & knowledge with us & we look forward to returning that way again

For our first boondocking experience a high bar has been set. Rosa and Dan were excellent hosts and provided a warm friendly and generous visit for our 3-night stay. The lot was flat, clean and provided water, sewer and electrical hookup. They both provided us with extensive RV technical, trip planning wisdom and where to visit while in the area. We would not hesitate to recommend this host to any of our friends and fellow RVers and will stay with them again if we find ourselves visiting the area in the future.

High praises for Rosa and Dan. They have a great level spot with everything you may need. Boondockers Welcome Hosts are generally friendly, happy people. These guys are above and beyond. Dan helped me troubleshoot an electrical issue. Rosa gave Me a thank you card and to go bag. we spent a lot of time talking about travel, family and life. New friends are always a blessing. Than you, Danny
