We're located in Spring Creek, NV - just outside of Elko. Elko is right off of Hwy 80 halfway between Reno and Salt Lake City. Suggested Local Attractions:We're 10 miles from Lamoille Canyon - a beautiful hiking and picnic area. There is also the Ruby Mountain Ballon Festival held in July - they launch from a field directly below our house. Elko has their National Cowboy Poetry Gathering the last week in January (unfortunately the weather isn’t great for RVing that time of year!)

Lovely view in a ver peaceful setting. Plenty of space. Cooled down at night. Gorgeous view of the full moon as it rose over the mountains.

Sandy was a great host. We enjoyed talking with her and the view of the Rubies from the parking spot was superb! It cooled off at night so plug in was not needed.

The views were amazing; the owners were generous in sharing a clean shady spot for relaxing on a hot day! This was definitely one of my favorite boondocking camp spots!
