This site is in a suburban neighborhood on the street. We ask that it be used mainly for sleeping overnight when you can’t find any other place to stay. Location is not conducive to having an outdoor space though you may use the the back side yard for sitting, BBQing and if there isn’t a fire ban you may have a wood fire in the fire ring. Please note we ask you to put the fire out by 10pm as it is close to our neighbors. There are beautiful paved trails in the area and is a quiet area. Site is on a slight to moderate hill so plan to level out your rig. You may also plug into our outdoor 15amp socket to charge your rig and to use some appliances. Probably not strong enough to run an air conditioner though. Suggested Local Attractions:Cottonwood Canyon State Park, Park Meadows Mall, Downtown Parker for restaurants.

No smoking please No generators allowed Please keep this site for mainly sleeping. You may fill your water tank up to 30 gallons using water spigot on front of house. 20 hour stay limit. We do ask for donation $5 for use of internet or $10 to fill water tank. WiFi should be fast enough to stream video. However it isn’t required.

Access Road Conditions: Park on south east side of driveway “uphill side” when arriving it is easier to take the second entrance to the street so you don’t need to turn around. Vans and trucks with campers might be able to fit in driveway. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Park in front of trailer
