This site is in a suburban neighborhood on the street. We ask that it be used mainly for sleeping overnight when you can’t find any other place to stay. Location is not conducive to having an outdoor space though you may use the the back side yard for sitting, BBQing. There are beautiful paved trails in the area and is a quiet area. Site is on a slight to moderate hill so plan to level out your rig. Suggested Local Attractions:Cottonwood Canyon State Park, Park Meadows Mall, Downtown Parker for restaurants.

We are a relaxed family. We don't have any pets traveling with us. We are quiet and like to stay in our camper most of the time we are at it. We don't smoke and don't get drunk. Mostly we look for cool, relaxing places to stop and enjoy.
