We have been RVing off and on since the 90’s. We just retired and bought a 5th wheel so we can see the country and visit with our adult children who are spread around the east coast. We like the outdoors, boating, fishing, hunting, biking and photography. We have an active blue heeler/ cattle dog, aka Velcro dog! We prefer quiet, rural life.

Had a wonderful stay. The hosts were great and their home and property are immaculate. If you want to visit the Maryland Eastern shore towns of Easton and Cambridge, you couldn’t find a better place to stay.

There are no words to describe the excellent hosting experience of Rural Sunsets! Chet and Deb are such great people. We can't thank them enough for sharing their space, expertise and experience with us. The space is level, shady, and has beautiful landscaping. That sunset is gorgeous. We are already looking forward to a return to see more of the surrounding area. A BIG, HUGE thank you from the Johnsons.

Some Harvest Host locations are more difficult to leave than others, and this is definitely one of them. The location is superb. Amazing sunsets, quiet nights and plenty of local amenities to enjoy in the surrounding small towns. We could have stayed here for a month or longer. Chet and Deb are probably the highlight of the stay: very good people that take the title of "host" to top. If there is an award for Harvest Hosts, these two deserve one. I will stay here again someday. [Top-Rated]
