The location is a paved second driveway on my property in front of my garden area, on the right hand side of the property (looking at the house from the street). It is NOT the main driveway attached to the Garage. It has a slight downhill tilt to it, easily remedied by leveling. Water and 30 AMP is available in the garden area. There is a dump station available at the Port Ludlow RV Park for $10, about a mile from my location. Suggested Local Attractions:There is much to see on the Olympic Peninsula in Western Washington. Lots of hiking trails in the woods in Port Ludlow, as well as the Marina and Golf Course. A few restaurants and a small grocery store in town. Full sized grocery store about 10 minutes away. Many restaurants further north in Port Townsend, which is a unique place to visit.

House Rules

This is a very quiet neighborhood and I wouldn't want to have any loud parties, loud music, etc. to bother my neighbors. Would prefer 9pm to 8am quiet times, as well as common courtesy.

Location

Access Road Conditions: There is a two lane paved road, some hills, with no sidewalks to reach my location. My Class B can back in easily into the paved driveway. A Class C would most likely fit, but not Class A's. Towables are a case by case situation - please check out the Tow vehicle parking details section and the driveway picture with measurements. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: The driveway is 40' long with the first 20' being 14.5' wide. Past the 20' point, it narrows to 10.5' with a sharp drop-off on the house side. Access to the driveway is from a 2 lane rural road and will need a tight turning radius to back in successfully. Towables should take note of this. There is no street parking, hence if towing, both your rig and vehicle need to fit in the driveway.

Stephanie was great to work with and very welcoming. We had a great day exploring the area! Our 18ft Popup trailer fit well on the drive and room for our car as well. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. thanks Stephanie!

we had a warm welcome with Stepanie and took time to compare our RVs. she invited us to use the wonderfull outside seating! thank you!! the parking space was quite tight and a little sloping but we could borrow a couple of ramps and had a good stay.

Stephanie was very friendly, beautiful spot. Port Ludlow is a great, quiet area with a beautiful marina and nice, short trails. Heads up: no “downtown” or stores which lent itself to the peacefulness. Would recommend!

Stephanie was kind to help us get set up with water and 30 amp electric and parking. We pulled a 20-22 ft trailer with hitch and barely fit, so I wouldn't recommend anything other than that if you're using a truck to tow. It's a nice spot in a nice neighborhood! We appreciated having a safe place to stay for the night!
