Room for one pickup truck with truck camper. We can run 15-amp electric out to a camper. If we have enough hose available, we could probably fill your tank up with potable town water. Too many leaks to let run continuously. The address for Waze or Google Maps is 104 Osborne Rd, but the street sign reads Osborn Road. We are directly on the Northville Placid Trail, 1.5 miles from its very beginning in Northville. White house and camp sit in the back corner of the property. Suggested Local Attractions:Hiking! Auger Falls and Tenet Creek Falls are nice. Not far away. Hikes are not too long, nor brutal. Auger is an easy loop. Three year old grandson did it. We are on the Great Sacandaga Reservoir. Fishing. Can walk to two bar / restaurants 3/10's of a mile away. Sport Island Pub is on the water. You can use the beach at the pub and swim if you are a customer. Vics is a townie hangout with bar food and pool tables. Ice Cream Tree is an easy walk for pizza, Italian, and ice creams. Village of Northville is a mile away. Has a Tops Supermarket, True Value hardware store, restaurants, liquor store, Red Barn Antiques, auto repair garage, Stewart's package store with gas and diesel, oldest 5&10 in the country, and a Walgreens.

I was so relieved after a long day of driving to pull into this spot! our host was so welcoming and guided me into our spot for the night before giving us some great local restaurant suggestions. The location is perfect on a very quiet street with views of the lake!

We were tired from many hikes, and we were hungry too. Michael’s place was ideal as we made our way through the Adirondacks. We didn’t feel up to a long walk, but once we hooked up the electric to the depleted battery in our class B, we took Michael’s advice and walked to the first stop – a local bar, to hoist a cold pint. When looking for the flavor of any local community – start at the bar. Friday afternoon, nice weather, local hard working folks, letting their hair down, smiling, laughing, happy that the weekend is here. So next I had that 2nd cold pint, and then we walked just a short bit further to a sit–down restaurant. Most nights, we cook in the camper, but on occasion we look for better cooking then mine. A relaxing stroll, under the stars, back to Michael’s quiet street ended a great day. Got to love it.
