A pleasant stay with a bonus of watching a blue heron and some ducks in the pond.

Bill and Carole were such a delight to meet! Great communication during our journey and helped us get set up. We enjoyed a nice evening walk with our pups and some fun conversations. Very peaceful country property!

Stayed at Schafer Acres during our travels. They have a beautiful spot to park on their lovely property. Bill and Carole are very welcoming and enjoyed talking with them. It’s a tucked away spot with a lovely view. Looking forward to staying with them again on our return trip home.

My husband and I spent memorial day weekend at Carol and Bills. Finding the spot was super easy with Carols directions. Bill met us in the driveway and showes is where to park. pretty level spot by the pond. Carol and Bill have a beautiful spot overlooking their fields. We felt so peaceful sleeping with the windows open and the sound of crickets in the wind. Carol and Bill were so nice to talk to since they have also traveled a lot. The spot was super close to Land Betweeen The Lakes state park which is a very nice park! Both my husband and I were sad to leave and will definitely stay again if we are near again.

We had a very pleasant 2 days here. Bill and Carole are a sweet, gentle couple who love to entertain other RVers. They can no longer camp themselves so this still gives them a little sense of maintaining that part of life. They love to visit on their porch overlooking the farm pond and beautiful fields beyond. Carole is quick to respond to messages. She offered to take us to the Amish stores and community. We met a few of her friends in doing so and they raved about what a wonderful woman she is. Bill became ill while we were there and had to go to ER. He had made a gift for us that he wanted to give to us before we left; he was concerned about that as he was in pain in the hospital. He instructed Carole to be sure that we received the sweet handmade gift; how many people would be thinking about that given this situation? I can't say enough good things about the Schafers!
