We are located 10 minutes north of the small town of Selah in the country. We live on 6.25 acres with chickens, alpacas, goats and dogs. It is very quiet at night and on clear nights you can see the stars. Our home is situated just about 7 minutes from highway I-82. The driveway into our property is gravel but there is plenty of room to turn around or park. Suggested Local Attractions:Nearby is the city of Selah and Yakima with restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Hiking and fishing near White Pass is about 45 minutes away and blue ribbon trout fly fishing is only about 20 minutes away in the Yakima River Canyon. Yakima is home to a number of breweries, wineries and farms with fresh local produce.

Mariane and Mike were awesome. I feel I have a new sister in Christ. Huge level area for parking. Do be careful of stickers if you take your pets off the gravel. Lots to do in area. Thank You for the "Rumble."

The area was big enough for our 42ft 5th wheel. We had no problem getting in or out. Our son had a great time playing with the host’s kids.

The Alpaca Sanctuary was a very peaceful location. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the down time. Will definitely visit again!

parking area is large and easy to turn around with our 36’ 5th wheel. water hookup was great, power didnt seem to work for us but we ran the generator until 10pm when needed so worked out great. location is off the beaten path in the countryside and it was very tranquil and lovely. our kids enjoyed playing with Maryann’s granddaughter who also showed us the chicken coop and collected fresh eggs for us. a bit of dog barking through the night and animal noise but expected for location. quick drive to downtown yakima. dump stations 15 mins from the property.

I had a great stay and watching the animals was an added bonus (!) Mike & his family were out of town when I arrived but gave detailed instructions on where/how to park. There is plenty of room/privacy between the spot/host home. The gravel spot is leveled and enough room to maneuver around/ get in and out. I feel lucky to have found the spot (home of Tree Top Juices...) and always amazed by the generosity of the host/owners who open up space for travelers. Thank you :)
