Serendipity Acres is located about 40 miles from Colonial Williamsburg and about 50 miles from Richmond Virginia. We have a 12 x 45 mooch pad with 50 amp, water and sewer hookup. We can accommodate any size motorhome, 5th wheel or trailer.

We are pet friendly and have about 3 acres available for your pet to run and play. Our Rocco is friendly but is sometimes selective of the 4 leggers he chooses to like. Maxiumum length of stay is four days.

We are Virginians who transplanted to Florida in 1999. When we retired in 2018 we sold our home in St. Augustine and hit the road. Our home of record is Panama City and we split our time between Florida, Virginia and on the road. We have been RVing since about 1994 when we purchased our first camper, a 32' tow behind. We travel with our 4 legger, Rocco, our mini Aussie. We frequently travel with two other couples and have traveled throught the eastern provinces of Canada, across the US a couple of times and several Fantasy RV Tours.

Can't say enough about Charlie and Kathy. Wonderful folks. Feels like we've known them for years. The only down side was that we had to leave. They parents to the sweetest dog, Rocco, we've ever met. The site is perfect. Easy in and out, Level, Water, power and sewer. Quiet and safe. Nice, long driveway for walking the pups or jogging. Close to all the attractions. These folks are on our must see again list!

Full hookups at Serenity Acres. Laid back atmosphere and very helpful hosts. Beautiful landscape/scenery.

Serendipity Acres is wonderful! C and C (and Rocco!) are THE nicest folks! You can’t ask for more, perfect cement level spot with 50 AMP FHU. But the best are the hosts- thank you! Please give Rocco a smooch from us! 🐾🐾🐾

Our family of five loved getting to know Charlie and Katherine during our stay. They are a wonderful couple to get to know and their property is beautiful. Our kids loved playing with their dog Rocco and running in spacious yard while we visited. They also shared plenty of great places to visit while we were in the area. Beaches, trails, fishing, museums and historical sites are all close enough to visit while in the area as well. We enjoyed every moment of our visit and will absolutely be back in the future!!

our first time staying at HH/BW location. Charlie & Katherine are very warm and welcoming. Charlie even backed our trailer onto the pad for us. Afted talking with them, I fell like I've know them for years. We are already planning on returning in the fall. On our way back to Florida.
