Local hideaway for camper vans, small class C motorhomes, and small pull behind trailers. Conveniently located 30 minutes east of Greenville, SC, one hour west of Charlotte, NC. Five minutes from interstate 85, 10 minutes from interstate 26. Shopping and amenities are 10 minutes away. 12+ acres of private property on a quiet side street. Most of the property is wooded, and a long, shaded walking trail is in the works, which guests are welcome to enjoy. Large fenced in backyard for my 2 small dogs, and your friendly dogs are welcome while supervised by a member of their human pack. Setting up a tent for the kids or whoever is in the doghouse next to your camper is fine too. Quiet neighborhood calls for quiet overnight guests, courtesy and respect for the area and other guests is a must. Since this is private property in a residential area there are currently 4 spots available, eventually there may be more. Spartanburg has several parks and a lively downtown area for all ages to enjoy.

Only quiet generators please. Only friendly dogs please. No cigarette butts or trash of any kind left behind please. Sitting outside talking softly in the evening is totally fine but no loud partiers. Check in and out can be flexible with good communication.
Location
Grassy areas along tree lines on both sides of property. Asphalt driveway space for 2 tow vehicles. Access road is a normal residential two-way street, turn into driveway can accommodate a small Class C motorhome with attentive turning in/out. Parking on the driveway is fine when no other guest is expected.
