PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO STAY IF YOUR RIG IS MORE THAN 25 FEET TOTAL. Thank you. This is nothing special as a place to stay as it is just a mowed, vacant lot that we own BUT it is VERY close to the fantastic city of Tarpon Springs. You are also an hour and half -ish drive to Disney and a short drive to Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg beaches, some of the prettiest in the world. It is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that you respect that please by keeping noise to a minimum - NO generator usage please. Thank you! This is a residential neighborhood with no HOA rules but we ask that you respect all neighbors by being quiet. No generators after 9 PM No fires though you are welcome to take whatever wood is around from the oak tree :)
Location
Access Road Conditions: This is a vacant lot with a HUGE Live Oak for shade. It is fenced on three sides and the utilities are capped so PLEASE be careful not to hit them on your way in or out. Please use driveway for access and then park where you like. There is usually a pile of oak kindling and sometimes logs too. Feel free to take what you can use but do not burn it on the property, thanks! No dogs please. Please drive slowly and carefully when ground is wet.

Great communication, easy to find and mostly flat opey lot in a neighborhood. We spent one night im this nice spot after visiting friends in Tarpon Springs and everything was as listed. Did hear so road noise from US 41.
