We are located about 1 mile from Lake Ontario. Near Mexico Point where there are plenty of fishing spots from shore or Charter boats to hire. Salmon River Falls are just a 30 minute drive as are many other sights to see. We can accommodate any size rv. Sorry at this time we do not have any type of hookups for boondockers, although we can provide fresh(city) water to fill your tank if needed. ****Please note the picture of the white trailer is an old Google pic. That trailer is no longer there but it is the boondocking site that is available.

Location

Parking any sized RV should no be a problem. While you will be parking on grass the area is very hard packed as there was a mobile home there at one time. Plenty of space for your tow vehicle. Fire ring, picnic table, and charcoal grill provided if needed.

Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality Tony; and for reaching out to your contacts for the salmon run! The pups and I were quite comfortable with your spacious grassy homestead! Fantastic hosts, I highly recommend this stay! The best part of traveling is the wonderful people you meet along the way! Thank you for being you!

Quiet place for an overnight stay. Our hosts met us when we arrived, showed us where to park. NOTE TO TALL RIGS - watch the overhead internet and phone lines! Thanks guys for a great stay!

Tony and Bruce are the nicest guys! Their property is lovely and they were super accommodating. They even gave us some squash from their garden! The only reason for four stars instead of five is the lack of hookups. It wasn't a problem for me as I have plenty of solar and they even let me set up a wind turbine. But others should be aware that you need to be self-sufficient here. (Tony did say they don't mind generators running.) And their dog Mowgli is the sweetest!

Our hosts at Silver-Wood made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our visit very much. They were generous with their time, local tips, and facilities, even providing garbage and recycling disposal and wifi.
