They have a curvy drive that was a little difficult navigating as I had the option of pulling in and backing out or backing in and pulling out forward. I choose backing in while I had Kirk there to guide me.

Good communication prior to arrival, host met us at the parking pad for a chat. Level spot, quiet night. Great woods for a morning walk. Easy peasy!

Simple Solitude and the hospitality K an G showed is the epitome of a Boondockers Welcome stop. Kirk greeted us and we swapped travel stories (one of my favorite parts of a stay)! The property is absolutely beautiful with walking trails throughout. We were able to meet Gerry before we left in the morning and really enjoyed visiting with her and a friend. We would love to stay here again.

Our evening at Simple Solitude was our first Boondockers Welcome stay, and it was wonderful. Kirk and Gerry were there to welcome us and show us around. The country setting is quiet and restful and was a great way to begin our trip. Our beagle loved the wooded walking trails as did we. We definitely hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful evening here. The grounds are stunning with many paths through the woods for peaceful walking with our dog. The host met us at check in and was absolutely delightful and helped us back onto the concrete pad which was quite level. We did not need to disconnect our trailer. Electricity was available, but we completely boondocked. There was a fire ring, but we used a small propane fire pit instead. Being away from the big city meant that the stars shone bright. We will definitely think about staying here again.
