We have come to retirement age and are starting to do some traveling with our newly acquired vintage travel trailer. Needless to say we have some work to do on it to make it ours. We travel with our two furry companions; an indoor cat and medium size dog. Meeting other RVers and hearing their stories is something we very much look forward to. Our dream trip will be heading north through Canada to visit relatives and then spending lots of time in Alaska! Home Town: Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin is the place we will always call home. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We have no favorite boondocking locations as yet since we are just beginning this lifestyle. Skills or Expertise to Share: My husband is a media specialist so travels with his cameras, lighting and sound equipment. He is also a computer and electronics geek. My interests include reading, sewing, nutrition and exploring the great outdoors.

The hosts were SOOOOO kind to work with me on a very short notice request. When I arrived, I got the sweetest greeting from their beautiful black pup. I then met the hosts and chatted with them (really nice fellow road warriors). Their property has a great driveway area for easy and level parking for good sized rigs. It’s located a bit off a major street, but worth the short drive given the beautiful area and peaceful location for a reatful night’s sleep. Highly recommended!!! Thank you, again, to the generous hosts.

This was our first BoondockersWelcome experience, and it exceeded all expectations. Patricia, Robert, and Agape were gracious and accommodating hosts. We parked our 16-foot trailer/camper in their back yard which has plenty of level space, a fire pit, and electrical outlet nearby. The open vista of the kettle moraine landscape was beautiful. We would love to visit here again. Thanks again Patricia and Robert!

Really enoyed a 3 night stay at the BW host site. Wonderful territorial views in an area of quiet rolling hills. The small town, only 6 minutes for BW site, had plenty of things to do and eat/drink. The hosts were terrific! Easy to work with and easy to commnicate with. I would stay again, and do recommend.
