Our home is in the middle of 10 acres of woods. We have over 100 acres available to hike on. We are 10 miles from East Aurora NY, home of Fisher Price and the Roycroft. We are 40 miles from Buffalo NY. Pet dogs are welcome as long as they play well with other dogs. Suggested Local Attractions:Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Roycroft Campus, lots of country to explore.

Access Road Conditions: The driveway is 500 feet and it is dirt/gravel. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We have a turn around and lots of driveway area. If there is a 25 foot camper AND a tow vehicle, there may be a problem maneuvering.

Country boy and girl Details: Debbie and I live out in the country. We like hiking and outdoor activities. We like bonfires and spending time in the woods or in the garden. Mark is newly retired and Debbie is thinking about it. Home Town: South Wales, New York and East Aurora, New York. Small town USA with a quaint Main Street and small town things to do. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Anywhere we have not been. Skills or Expertise to Share: We are a physical therapist and physician assistant. We can garden and we are 85% done converting a 2019 Mercedes Benz Sprinter van for our adventures.

Mark was great. Made sure we had all we needed. Nice trail through the woods behind their house. Dog walking good too either in the woods or the street. Thumbs up !

Best nights sleeping ever in Sleepers Woods. Mark & Deb were great hosts. Talked with Mark about his Sprinter van to rv conversion which is now 90%+ completed. Had a nice hike through their woods...excellent spot to stay

We loved our stay at Sleeper’s Woods. Mark and Debbie came iut to greet us when we arrived. i enjoyed a walk through their woods and the natural setting. Thank you!

Large parking area just perfect for my camper and truck. Mark met me outside and guided me in and helped me back into their spot. The spot is clearly marked and was perfectly level. They graciously offered me 15/20A power and filed my fresh water tank. Next time I’m in the area I would definitely stay again!

Couldn't have asked for better hosts. Mark and Deb were welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed visiting with them at their beautiful home. Fantastic setting nearby a beautiful town. Look forward to a return visit.
