Located in central MA, "Sly Fox Farm" has ample space for boondocking. Our BW parking is in a "side lot" near our back country road. Despite being only 4 minutes from an interstate, quiet and privacy abounds. Any rig or combination longer than about 20 ft will need to back into place. If backing is not your strength you might consider another host. Cell service is marginal. Starlink will work well if you put your dish in the front yard (it will orient itself to face east). Well water is available at the house (best to fill on your way in or out, otherwise you need a LOT of hose.) Nearest dump stations are Upper Blackstone Clean Water (50 Route 20, Millbury, MA 01527, https://www.ubcleanwater.org/home/pages/rv-discharge) and Lowell City Waste Water Department (451 First St Blvd, Lowell, MA 01850)

House Rules
Children and pets welcome. Generators allowed during the day, but please don't keep the neighbors up at night with generators, music, etc. If you've got something like an Onan quiet diesel in a hush box, that's fine anytime. Sorry, no trash or recycling service.
Location
Parking is close to the road, off to one side of our driveway. We recently (2023) added almost 50 yards of fresh asphalt millings to improve the surface. The area is pretty level, with just enough pitch for water to run off. Not a pull through, but enough room to back in any size rig. If backing is not your strength you might consider another host. Trees have been trimmed back and up to provide clearance for 13 1/2 foot rigs with clearance to make the corners. Easy in and out, semi private, plus room for tow vehicle parking. We have year round outdoor spigots available at the house, and the parking area gets enough sun to support at least some solar power.

I really enjoyed my few nights at Sly Fox. It was easy to park with plenty of space. I watched the sun come up through the trees and enjoyed chatting with David as i filled uoeith water on my way out. Thanks so much!

We stayed with Sly Fox Farms while visiting family locally in November of 2023. As we were planning our visit to Mass it became quickly evident that local campgrounds all closed for the season and at the ones that were open, there was no availability. We decided to look on HH/BW and found Sly Fox Farm and I cannot say enough about how awesome they are. They communicated everything we needed to know before traveling to the property, their land is clean, quiet and safe. We loved our stay! Thank you for opening your space to us and providing something that just doesnt exist anywhere else in the area!
