Our home is 2 miles off the 101 freeway and we are 30 minutes east of the coastal beaches; a beautiful, scenic drive. This was our first boondocking experience. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The property was very accommodating and upscale! We enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood and found a couple of horses and vinyards. We had a peaceful night. Short drive to Morro Bay in the morning. Great experience!

We were warmly welcomed by Jacqueline who was very nice. we explained to Jacqueline that this was our 1st “Boondockers Welcome” stay. Jacqueline shared that we would be thier last visitors for a while. The property is extremely nice and we enjoyed a pleasant walk amongst the vineyards. Definitely a perfect stay, peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to our hosts.

This was our first! Great experience. Very easy to find, and plenty of room to pull in. Very responsive to communication. Would happily stay again!
