Spent an amazing weekend in historic Jefferson, TX boondocking at Small Town USA. Harold and Mariam are such a lovely couple who have fully restored their historic home. They are also seasoned boondockers who very generously shared their tips, tricks and favorite hidden gems. They also very kindly provided 30 amp hook up for the weekend. Highly recommend their place for an overnight or weekend stay.

This was our very first Boondockers stay and it was great! It was in an old historic neighborhood. The host offered water and electric for free. There was shopping and food within walking distance. The hosts were friendly and we talked with them about RVing. Thanks again!

Our host were really nice folks. Hospitality was great, communication was easy, so was backing into the spot no problem. They have a beautiful home easy to tell it took a lot of manhours (and women hours) to complete the restoration. We had a good glass of tea and great conversation about all our travels interesting couple. They did help us decide to make a trip to Newfoundland soon. Thanks, again Monroe We will be back!!!!
