This is our Cape Cod vacation home in Brewster Mass. Since this is our 2nd home, depending upon the time of year we may not be present during your stay. Settled in 1659, the Town of Brewster is known as the "Sea Captain's Town" for it's wealth of eighteenth and nineteenth century historic captain's homes. Brewster is famous for the Brewster Flats, a phenomenon created by the ebb and flow of the daily tides when the waters recede out of Cape Cod Bay over 1 mile to reveal sandbars, clam beds and tidal pools teeming with sea life. Be sure to head out to the flats at sunset. Spectacular views that should not be missed! Our property is a peaceful 1 acre lot that backs up to Nickerson State Park. You can walk directly behind the house to access walking and biking trails. Several beautiful swim ponds are located in the park and it is 1.5 miles to bayside beaches (Linnell Landing is our favorite). You will have access to 30 amp service and a water spigot. The water may be turned off if we are not present during your stay. You are welcome to use the outdoor shower at the rear of the house. We are dog friendly only if your dog gets along with other pups. Feel free to set up lawn chairs and use the private area on the left side of the garage.

Jen is a welcoming, informative, and easy host at her gorgeous turn of the century mansion. She shred stories of her own RV adventures as I hooked up to electric and water. One caveat is the gravel spot is down a narrow driveway, under a portico, on driveway / street curb that may bottom out some rigs. Cozy, convenient, and may be back again.

Wonderful, accommodating hosts. Incredibly convenient to so much and a perfect spot for our camper van. Highly recommend for those with smaller campers!
