Flat driveway inside a fence for small RV's less than 26 ft, it used to be shady but the neighbor cut the beautiful maple tree down. It is far too hot on sunny 80+F days since my wiring can NOT accommodate air conditioning. Sorry. NO pull behinds or class A's . Available parking is too limited. Sorry The neighbors don't like RV parking on the street. 5 miles from downtown Cincinnati and the Bengal and Cincinnati Reds Stadiums. Bus service, every 30-min., at the end of the street, in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks. Gas station, hardware store, YMCA, close and convenient. Casual chain restaurants (Apple-bees, Cracker Barrel, Chipotle etc., within 2-miles) Suggested Local Attractions:Professional athletic games, summer, winter and fall. Cincinnati Reds, and Cincinnati Bengals stadiums are 5-miles away. Downtown Cincinnati offers multiple museums, restaurants from quaint hot dog carts to 4-star restaurants, Segway tours, parks, nationally recognized conservatory, and Zoo. Night clubs and special events along with the 2nd largest October Fest in the World (Munich, Germany is #1)

House Rules
Keep the gates closed at all times. Treat my property as you would want others to treat yours. Clean up after your pets Keep your pets in your rig after they exercise. My pet schnauzer, will be out otherwise and they don't always play well with other dogs. Quiet after 10 p.m. No audible music or quarrels; I have close neighbors, however it is private but not sound proof. This is a nice place to relax and enjoy nature but NOT in the sweltering heat. I only have 15 amp electricity so no air conditioners and no generators. Sorry.
Location
Overnight parking is inside a fenced in yard on a concrete pad. I will open the gates for you.

Rachel is a very friendly and warm host. We had a nice conversation about things we should do with helpful tips. Rachel tells us a lot about her travels and showed us her motorhome. We felt very safe on their property, which was closed with a fence. Quiet night, a recommendation if you want to travel to Cincinnati. Thank you for all! :)

Rachel is a very sweet lady and a compassionate host. She was constantly concerned about our comfort. We found a lot of common ground resulting in conversations in many areas. Her location was perfect for our needs.

Rachel is a gracious host. Parking is gated, quiet and level for small RVs. Great location and very flexible. She also has great suggestions for things to do in the area.
