Just have the wide street in front of the house for boondocking if you are here short term (ie 72 hrs.). Lots of room to park and far away from the highway. We can supply a water hose and extension cord for 15 amp from the house. We will be travelling intermittently during the summer and winter but give us an call/email to see if we will be here. Suggested Local Attractions:The Southampton Beach is noted for it's beautiful white sand and the sunsets are spectacular over Lake Huron and a 15 minute stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants to try out as well as our very own local brew pub.

Prefer if you had your generators off by about 9-10 pm, it's a quiet residential street.

Access Road Conditions: paved town streets, easy access to park on our street which is only one block long. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: On the street in front of our residence, town ordinance restricts overnight parking for 72 hours during spring,summer, fall and from Nov 1 to April 1 for snow clearing.

both long retired and travelling when we want, the rig was all paid for a long time ago and it was a cheaper option than you think it would be but it is large. Quiet and solitude is what we like and to visit historical locales and hike and bike to discover the places we visit. Details: Retired but active, enjoying what life has to offer now.......

John’s home was a great stop. We’d just got off the ferry from Manitoulin Island and hoped to find a quiet street to crash, but wanted to stretch our legs. John steered us, just blocks away from the water, and a few relaxing breweries. John set us up with 15amp and H2O, and made our stop very pleasant. It was a great stop in a great spot.

Le stationnement est sur la rue municipale donc il est impossible d'ouvrir l'extension de côté. Cependant John et Johanne sont très gentils. Ils sont attentifs à nos besoins. Thank you for everything

The hosts are friendly and wonderful people. This was our first time using Boondockers Welcome and they made us feel truly welcome and at home. The spot is away from the busy part of town and was quiet and perfect for us. 5/5 stars!
