Our place is fun on five wooded acres! There are trails and it is not far off the main HWY and the lake. I know you’ll love all the lights at night in the woods, and the stars in the sky far from the big city lights. Suggested Local Attractions:Lake Livingston is where we spend a ton of free time, we are only about 15 mins from a free boat launch/park. There is also a state park and the “famous” Johnson’s rock shop right down the road. Houston is 1 hour away. Galveston is 2 hours. The Woodlands is 1 hour. Beaumont is 1 hour.

Location

Access Road Conditions: About three turns from HWY 59/69, a short dirt road leads you to our place when the road dead ends. We have a road that goes back into a private area in the woods, or you can stay near the road. We have our 45’ Prevost H3-45 here now and it turns around east in the culdesac. I’ll add more photos and details soon.

Smart, interesting, and fun couple and their mutts. Details: My name is Sarah and I married the love of my life, my rockstar hubby Elvin, but his friends call him Pooky. We sold our five wooded acres near Houston that we once hosted many boondockers on in January of 2022 and became full timers. Home Town: Houston, TX Skills or Expertise to Share: My husband is a sound engineer and knows tons about electrical and solar. I’m really into graphic/web design, photography, and a trained massage therapist and we are both musicians and always playing music!

Organizing this quick stopover was very easy, and the spot, while tight, was secluded off the main roads and very peaceful.

Safe spot to overnight. The hosts were flexible, kind, and accommodating. My son had fun with the dogs, and neighbor kids, but our Sprint hotspot, and my Metro PCS phone service didn't work, unfortunately. Thank you so much for having us!
