House Rules

Second site has 15A service No smoking on the property. Pets must be on leash and any deposits left on the ground need to be picked up. Leave it as you found it, daily trash only in provided bins. Arrivals normally will be after 3pm if the site was previously occupied the day/night prior otherwise there is no restriction on arrival times prior to 9PM. Arrivals will need to be coordinated in advance so that we are present upon your arrival, preferably 48 hours notice but last minute is ok prior to 9PM. Departures need to occur by 10am if there is a reservation for that day, otherwise departure time is flexible. RV washing is not permitted from hose connection to our household water. The cost of providing the RV park type electrical hook-up was very expensive so please use responsibly. In addition, a minimal donation towards that facility (and any water usage) would be appreciated. You will be parked along the east side of our property at assigned location. We have good neighbors and desire to maintain that relationship. Children are welcome to engage in outdoor play behind the site/barn on the open grass areas. Exception to the 3 night stay maximum will be considered in the advent of a health or other urgent issue provided such extension does not conflict with other reservations or our personal calendar. Propane grills are ok, please no charcoal grills or open fires. The hosts reserve the right to require guests to depart at any time, if activity by the guests or their pets are deemed a nuisance and the guests decline to cease the activity. Limited uses of Quiet generators.

happy with our 3 day stay! easy on-off access and super close to town, walmart m, and 30 minutes to Burlington. parking was easy and leveled out easily. had access to electric, water, and dump. the "donation" policy was a bit confusing (basically $20/day includes donation/electric/water regardless of what you use) and more than at other stays we have done for BW, but in the end it was well worth it and we have no regrets. host was friendly, gave recommendations, some fresh cookies, and a great spot to park. Thanks again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay as it was very near a major highway and close to an event we were attending. Communication was outstanding and upon arrival we were welcomed with delicious homemade cookies and information about local attractions. The site was easy to get into and level. A great spot for us.

Tony was great! The smoked salsa we received as a gift was an absolute delight 👌 The stay was quiet. Just what our cat likes.
