I have room for one Class B in my back yard. Easy access to I275 10 minutes from downtown St Pete and about 30 minutes to beaches. To get to the parking there is a narrow ally so class B is the only rig that will fit. Water and 15amp power available (no dump) for a small donation.

House Rules
Pretty easy going single dad and we take a lot of weekend trips so those can be hit or miss, I am in a neighborhood with close neighbors, with that being said generator use should be limited when possible and should be cut off before 7pm. Multiple nights available and come and go as you please, just be mindful of noise at night as kids are around. It's close to downtown and Ubers are cheap, would have to drive to beach but totally worth it. About 20 minutes from Fort Desoto.
Location
There is a dirt ally for access to the parking, not a lot of room but can accommodate a class B (towable RV's and class A RV's will not fit)

Jay was awesome! Communication was lightning fast and Jay was super personable. He has a level large back yard for a Class B, and 15 amp power. The area was quiet and we felt safe. We slept fantastic and his recommendations in the area were spot on. The access alley is not as narrow as we imagined in reviews.

Alley isn't much to look at but the host is great. Place was quiet.

Jay's place was awesome..really private in the back yard. He was a communicative host and I loved staying there. Unfortunately I just canceled my next stay with him...because its getting cold here and I'm going to head south! :)

Good location for us single parkspot vehicles! Easy access had no trouble with our dually shuttle, but it is a tight alley. Host def was supportive us coming and going and quick to respond and helpful to get us set up. Verizon signal was strong.

Jay was super helpful and very welcoming. The Pinellas Trail is just north of the house. A very nice neighbor across the alley was barbecuing and making our mouths water. He stepped out to take his trash while we were leaving on our ebikes and he must've read our minds because he told us that he was going to bring us some when we got back. We actually didn't get back for many, many hours and he was keeping an eye out for us and brought us over BBQ chicken right after we got back! This was a nice quiet stay, other than the I-275 noise but it wasn't enough to bother us.
