We can share a space with other camper It's a gravel pad just off the driveway and is a quiet stop-over just outside the town of Drummondville, Quebec. (Sorry, we had to remove the access to the trailers which had to enter the driveway backwards, for safety on the road since the road is on a downward slope and the speed of traffic has greatly increased following the repair of the street foundation and its resurfacing and whose speed limit has now increased to 70 km/hr) Access to dump station nearby campground, 3/4 mile drive (fees apply) or at Drummondville Tourist center (free) location: 1400 Rue Jean-Berchmans-Michaud, Drummondville, QC J2C 7V3. Old sailors converted to camping ! Details: At one time, we were sailor...for many years (20), and move on to land several years ago, to visit the America because we couldn't see beyond the horizon. So we've got ourselves a small "vessel" and named "Startrek"so we could flight every were on land we wanted to. We flight very low so any radar see us ! In those past years we have visited all across the northern part of America (Canada) from New-Newfoundland all the way west to Yukon and Alaska. We enjoy meeting peoples and share knowledge with them. And then we've extended our land research in U.S. along western coast, flue a few time on the edge of Mexico gulf, California, Florida, the Eastern coast, all of the Atlantic's province. We are now exploring our own province, and it's funny that we didn't explore before. Follow us on startrekfarwest.blogspot.com and/or startrek-et-son-plan-nord.blogspot.com. May be you'll find or learn a little on your next destination. How long is it going to last? Hopefully, as long as we've been sailing! Than, may be we will be ready to sit on the patio! We want to see as much as America as to offer, nature is our main concern in planning our trips. We are french speaking guys and we try to gather with all nation to share new experience and learn more about camping. We hope to learn more of the Shakespeare language to communicate and share experiences with new peoples. M & M WELCOME YOU ! Home Town: Drummondville is a nice cozy town were you can find all of your needs inside a 10 miles radius. Garage, R.V. distributor, groceries, outlets restaurant and much more. You can found FREE dump station at the tourist info center located at: 1350, rue Jean-Berchmans-Michaud, Drummondville, Québec, Canada, J2C 2Z5. The station is on your right at the end of the parking lot. Favorite Boondocking Locations: La Scie on Newfoundland ; Kegaska on St-Laurence north shore; Caniapiscau in northern Québec; now dreaming to flight to Tuktoyaktuk, NT ! Skills or Expertise to Share: I am a retired electrician that spent a good part of my working life (42 years) in traffic controllers repair and installation, freezing at the street corners in winter time while nervous drivers horn at me! I had also good time in programming and/or fixing industrial machinery. So if you have a electric problem with your rig, I might be able to give you few hints!

We stayed at Mike and Mo's on our way to Newfoundland. It's a beautiful site and you couldn't hope for nicer hosts. Nice flat parking area, with 15 amp plug in, beautiful grounds and very quiet after 9pm. Mike made up for my very limited French with his very solid English. Nice view of the river from their backyard. It was a very peaceful, restful stop. Thank you both!

This fantastic host couple were perfect for our very first BOONDOCKERS WELCOME stay! Mike is fully bilingual and Monique understands English conversations and contributes through Mike when appropriate. They are a world of knowledge and experience ... having toured all over USA and Canada including NWT and Alaska.. some . Their spot is beautiful, easy to find and their personalities assure that we will contact them again when their location suits the timing of our trip! Thank you, Mike and Monique!...Robbin at Gryphon On The Go!

My first and last nights of my awesome adventure were here, and they were also my introduction to Harvest Hosts/Boondockers. Amazing hosts, amazing location. Looking for my next excuse to visit again!

First, I apologize for the delay in reviewing these wonderful hosts, the new dashboard is a little annoying to use, that is the only negative comment I will make! Startrek hosts were very accommodating, lot's of interesting conversation, very nice location. As suggested by them, if you are towing know how to back up your unit 🙂. I hope we have another opportunity to visit with these lovely people, either at their place or ours.

Better than perfect. After a very long harrowing day on the road (construction, traffic, severe thinderstorms, high winds) they. were incredibly hospitable, and even had helpful suggestions for my "big trip". Quiet location, perfect place to park for the night. Their directions were also very clear..better than my gps.
