Our location is on a corner easy access. We are about 2-3 miles off Interstate 17. Although we live in a desert we have a lush green environment due to irrigation. Low density relatively quiet neighborhood for metro location. One word of caution if you do not like animals our little place might not be ideal for you.

I am happy country gal living in the city who loves to travel Details: We have a little 1 acre boutique farm in sunny Phoenix Arizona (It's a dry heat!!) but have previously lived in various locations around the globe. We enjoy having all the animals. Two and a half horses (my mini horse), a couple of chickens and a few dogs. We love to garden and hubby enjoys listening to music. Entertaining is fun for us, he enjoys cooking and I do all side cooking. Home Town: We only travel with our two dogs if we camp in AZ they prefer to stay home with our daughter if we go out of state. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We boondock around Flagstaff in the summer, sometimes. Skills or Expertise to Share: Hubby can fix most mechanical things. He is pretty handy with all camper issues. I sew, process food to preserve and organize events.

The hosts were the kindest, most welcoming people. The day was blocked but I messaged to see if they had any availability. They messaged right back accepting - they didn’t know how to unblock so it was off the books. Their property is a little urban oasis with horses, chickens, pups, gardens and a fruit tree mini orchard. We sat and chatted for a bit upon arrival and in the morning before I left, Martin brought me fresh eggs from the chickens, made me a coffee and we picked myer lemons that he said I could take with me. One of the best stays so far and definitely the most generous hosts! I am so appreciative of their hospitality and kindness. I would highly recommend! Peaceful night sleep and easy access. One thing to note, there is a rooster (not on the property I don’t think) that wakes at dawn! I’m an early riser so it wasn’t a big deal, but that guy will not let you sleep in!

I had the most wonderful stay with Loretta and Martyn! Their warmth and friendliness made me feel right at home. Not only did I feel safe, but I also had the best night's sleep. And to top it off, waking up to a fresh egg from their own chicken was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. I would definitely stay there again :)

We had an amazing time staying here for an overnight! The area is so quiet and nice and the hosts were so lovely. Would definitely come back if visting Phoenix again!

The dogs are gentle giants very sweet. Parking was easy and horses were very curious about my van. I loved this place and would come again.
