Location
Our driveway is off of a slightly rough 1 1/2 mile paved road. Our driveway is at a slight angle to the road. The driveway has a slight bend - otherwise straight. I can back our just under 40' trailer and tow vehicle in or turn it around once in. Not easy but possible! The parking space is in front of a garage that is 36' wide.

Roy and Karen, married 53 years, retired 10. Lived in our current home since 2014. We have 2 sons and 6 grandchildren. We enjoy traveling and camping. What else can I say to get 200 characters? I'm thinking.

This was our very first Boondockers Welcome stay, and it was also the first time our hosts had someone stay with them! Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly, and we enjoyed meeting them. The area by their garage (shown in their photos) was such a quiet and lovely spot to camp. We were able to turn our Lance truck camper around in the driveway with no problem, and enjoyed a great night of sleep. We travel with very light-weight boats, and they offered to let us carry the boats to the lake-front around the side of their home. My husband went out on the lake in the morning and ended up paddling with a black bear! It was a memorable stay and we hope to be able to visit with them again some day!
