This was a perfect spot for us to use to explore Sun City for a coyole of days. The hosts were very kind and gave us a huge box of grapefruits! And they treated our dog to a yummy dog biscuit.

This location is in a quiet neighborhood close to Downton Phoenix. Parking is in a sloped driveway but nothing a few levelers couldnt fix. The hosts were the sweetest people! Very friendly and nice to talk to. They even picked fresh citrus from their trees for us! Couldnt have been better!

We spent two excellent nights at Bev and Ivan's place. They are very welcoming, kind and generous people. We talked together at length about various interesting things. They gave us delicious grapefruits. Thanks again Bev and Ivan for your hospitality. We might come back next year. We wish you all the best !
