I enjoyed a 5 night stay in early December - arrival was easy (even in the rain) with easy to follow turn in and parking info provided in advance. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with Dave on the weekend when we both had time to chat. On my last night there was a light snow & the road was cleared promptly making departure easy. I'm thankful Dave offers this safe camping spot even in the offseason. The area is surrounded by hiking opportunities of all types, I hope to return to Sunnybrook Farm and hike more of the area in the future.

I had a pleasant two night stay at Sunnybrook Farm. Dave is a great host. Good communication and no pressure about the arrival time. I would gladly return during the summer.

Sunnybrook Farm Oct 28 1 night Dave is a very likeable person and we enjoyed chatting with him about his travels in a Westy VW camper. We parked in a peaceful grassy area. Very nice place to stay.

We had a great 5 night stay at Sunnybrook amid the fall foliage. We were visiting family in the area, so with grand children’s sports and out host also having a busy schedule, we only met & spoke for a brief time! We have lots in common & would love to return if he will have us!

Dave was a great host! He met us as we pulled in with a friendly welcome. The parking area was very generous and wonderfully level and Dave offered a 30 amp hookup as well as a water topoff, if needed. We chatted a few moments about our hometown and HHs. Later that evening, the coyotes serenaded us from the woods behind. Overall, a very comfortable stay! Thank you, Dave!
