Access Road Conditions: One is very easy just back in the other is up a bit of a hill not good for really long RV's but has a great sunset and fire ring. no trees to worry about hitting this is the desert . Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We have 2 flat spots both nice and level!!

Great communication before we arrived and easy parking. The host was there to direct us and show us hook ups. Our time was spent running errands and relaxing . Enjoyed a night up on the hill wit Jim and Ronni watching sunset over a glass of wine and chatting. Thank you for letting us stay on your great property!

Stayed 3 nights. In a residential area, but fairly close to other amenities. Good dog walking area as the main road was not that busy and had a cleared space for my big dog to walk. I like to watch for biting critters that we are not used to. Great sunsets! And the cloud formations are amazing.

We loved the stay here with many swimming possibilities (Colorado River, Lake Mojave). The spot is levelled and easy accessible. The host are great and give us many tips about the region. We would highly recommend the hosts.

Literally! Jim was there as promised to let us know where best to park, Ronni showed up with a treat basket - including pup treats! The site was level and quite nice - in spite of the hellacious winds! Highly recommend!

What a lovely area. really appreciated the gift basket. The climb to the top of the hill was suitable for a smaller RV. The view was well worth it even if the wind was a unique challenge for the week. Access to services was also greatly appreciated. Recommend.
