We have a house in a neighborhood with a large front yard with parking on the driveway. • The front is fenced with a gate providing privacy and an off-leash area. • Walking distance to El Rancho Market (grocery store). Suggested Local Attractions: • Located between Solvang (Danish community) and Santa Ynez (old west town). • Wine and beer tasting. • Day trip to Santa Barbara. Notes: • We are no longer able to reply in a timely manner since HH took over from BW. • We consider the contents of your bio when deciding whether to approve or decline a stay. A sparse profile or bio may result in a decline. • Please coordinate arrival time (and any changes) as we need to be present when you first arrive to open the gate. If needed, park in the RV parking area at the Solvang Veteran's hall to avoid upsetting our neighbors.

House Rules
House Rules • No generators (neighbors are too close). • No fires. • Quiet Hours: 9pm to 7am • No going through gates (except the main ones at the street). • The chickens, orchard, side yards, and back yard are off limits (without owner present). • While the while Great Pyrenees is friendly, ignore and avoid the black Australian Shepherd. o The Aussie is hit or miss with new people (mostly miss). o Please ignore him and avoid eye contact when we have him out. o We will keep him in the house or back but… he can open doors.
Location
(Sorry, this was much more readable in BW app.) All Rigs: • There is a long driveway and no pull through. • Backing in or a 3-point turn will be required. • Driveway is a combination of pavers and concrete. • There are two possible parking spots depending on RV type and other factors. • There is a Call button on the gate control that will ring the house phone (only helpful if we are home so please communicate expected eta). Large Rigs: • Unfortunately, our gated entrance is not easy. Driver will need to make a 90 degree turn avoiding the hedges across the street, the gate control on one side of the driveway, and an oak tree on the other side. • There are trees to watch for; in particular, the driveway oak tree has been trimmed up for our rig but drivers will need to watch that side. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: • There is room for a tow vehicle (disconnect may be required). • Parking is on the property next to or within sight of the RV.

Simply put we would love to stay here again and spend more time. Really nice people who gave us great information and instructions about our visit. Beautiful site, private, spacious. Excellent! Cool chickens.
