We are a little more than a mile away from Lake Monroe and the downtown Sanford Fl area. Sanford has plenty of restaurants, shops and breweries which you can walk to from our home, or rent a boat and cruise around the lake. The Sanford Riverwalk is a 5 mile paved trail right next to the lake. Our neighborhood is quiet and beautiful.

Bo came out and greeted us. He was very friendly. He was also great at communicating with us prior to our stay. The spot was convenient to Tallahassee.

We had such a warm welcome from Jennifer and Bob. We stayed only one night but we feel to have made new friends. Our daughter and Bob had a great time playing together. Hope to see them again.
